All international deliveries are sent via Royal Mail International Signed For delivery, so please ensure there is a person present at your delivery address to sign for the order. Outside the EU, the customer is responsible for all customs charges. Please note, not all European countries are part of the EU. Non-EU orders are exclusive of VAT. VAT (20%) will be removed from your order at the checkout. Please note that any duty and taxes that may be levied in the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer. Transactions are processed in Pounds Sterling.

We want you to be delighted with your Unbound purchase. However, if you’re not we will issue a refund on unused and unworn items (excluding earrings, unless faulty) returned within 28 days of purchase. You will need to cover the costs of postage for returns, but if the product is faulty we will refund the postage to you. Please ensure you get proof of postage.
We’ll give you a full refund within 14 days of receiving your return, by the same method you used to pay.
TO RETURN AN ITEM: Fill in the return form you received with your delivery and place in the packaging along with the items you wish to send back. We advise that all returns are sent via Recorded Delivery, as we are unable to accept returns unless signed for by a member of Unbound team.
